Alec Menge, a licensed massage therapist based in Brooklyn. He graduated in 2012, and over the years, he’s gained diverse experience in respiratory, developmental, rehabilitative, and restorative services.

He had the privilege of treating clients at various renowned clinics, including the P.H. Ling Clinic at the Swedish Institute, Gramercy Rehabilitation, New York Health & Racquet, and Empire Chiropractic. His work has involved helping individuals with a wide range of conditions, from spinal issues and sciatica to chronic joint pain, tendonitis, and even depression.

What truly enriches his practice is his personal experience with these challenges, which allows him to connect with his clients on a deeper level. Alec also specializes in prenatal massage, supporting expecting parents through their unique journeys.
